You can choose from a wide range of options, from snorkeling tours to city sightseeing, and book them with just a few clicks in the app. Your flight and transfer times are also available in the travel app.

With the TUI app, you can contact the guides anytime during your trip - every day. Simply send a message through the "Ask the Guides" feature in the app, and you'll receive a prompt response. Even in the planning phase, you can reach out to the guides through the app, starting from the day after you book your trip. The app also provides important service messages and other useful information during your trip.

Book TUI activities and experiences

Enhance your vacation by booking various activities and excursions. Choose from a wide range of experiences, book them directly in the app, and get detailed information about pick-up times and locations.

Transfer information

If you book a transfer, you can find all the relevant information in the app, such as the bus number and where the bus is parked when you arrive. The same applies to the return journey - you'll receive a message with pick-up time and location for the transfer to the airport.

Add your booking to the travel app

Once you've made a reservation, simply add it to the app by entering your booking number and the mobile number or email address you provided at the time of booking.

Most of our trips are compatible with the TUI app, but there are a few travel types where access to the app is not available yet, specifically one-way flights and cruises. If you have booked a hotel-only reservation, you can still add it to the app and access information about your hotel, but other app functions may not be available at this time.
